Oh, I'm sick of this. I'm off.
Night Tilly... I really would be so unhappy if this was happening to me... Have management offered any solution to these problems?
Buy an ipad.
What difference would that make Zac?
No problems whatsoever.
-- answer removed --
I'm having no problems with my desktop; Tilly could try that, though it would probably take a while to get here this time of night, and cold outside too.
It's not flippant. It's purely factual.
Jordyboy, ZM has offered good advice. I don't know if Tilly has an iPad, but if so using it might solve the problem.
Me too - after the problems with Java I am getting worried - is there anything
that I can do?

I said elsewhere, I had the problems using Windows11 and IE, I closed all Tabs down, scanned with Malwarebytes, it removed two PUPs (potentially unwanted programs)
I logged in again using Chrome (with a download I can't mention activated)
No problems since!

Zacs is correct. No problems on my tablet. Samsung, not ipad.
I haven't had any problems so I assume I'm using the programme that Zacs can't mention.

Do you mean Baldric, ummmm? Have you downloaded it, too?
Yep...sorry. I'm using Baldrics download. I've never had a problem.
Quite so - my assortment of laptops and desktops all use Chrome or Firefox plus "the extension software that dare not speak its name" and have no problems.

I used to be 'nice' and allow AB to pay the bills by serving me stuff - but dare not risk it any more.

Thanks all. I'll investigate that.
I had the problem at around midnight - OK so far this morning

AVG with windows 7 and IE - unknown version
Well worth doing so Tilly2. I come here on a variety of computors all using Chrome and the "extension app" hinted at.
Never had a problem.
No it was flippant, not everyone has access to these.

It is a pain, i spent hours trying to create a block for it in Avast, but couldn't do it. I've now found the right batch file to kill it in the adware/malware blocker, so will apply tonight.....fingers crossed
