don't log out Carn, just close down
Maybe because you are logging out, or clearing your browser, or you haven't checked the box to keep you signed in, or your browser settings need adjusting
Question Author
I never log out, always just. Lose down, it's only been happening last two days.
Question Author
^close down.
Step 1.
Can you sign out then sign back in and tell us whether the box marked "Remember me on this computer" is ticked? If not you may have unchecked it by accident.
That's me stumped then Caran :(
I always just hit the close button, and it lets me in next time without signing in !!
Question Author
Right just closed it down. Opened a fresh one, box comes up saying sign in, it automatically fills in my details and the remember me box is ticked.
Caran, are you in private browsing?
Question Author
Rocky what does that mean please?
If you're in Safari the top background bit will be black instead of the usual white. In Chrome, there will be a shape of a fella in a hat looking a bit suspicious in the top left hand corner.
Question Author
Ahah, the top is black in Safari. I had lost internet connection for a few days and had to get someone in to restore. I did remark on it being black since I had been reconnected. What does this mean?
Question Author
In chrome I have a spotty looking cake!
Yes, I agree with rockyracoon that the next step is to look at the settings on your browser. Which browser do you use- chrome, firefox, Safari, IE...?
LOL- forget the cake- rocky means on the very top line (but I think you know that really)
Question Author
I use chrome and safari. If I use chrome for AB anything I post disappears so I tend to stick to safari if I'm posting. If I want to view Mamyas NN thread I can't open in safari so I use chrome for that.
I don't really know Safari but I think rockyracoon does so he will get you over the line now
Question Author
Thanks factor.
In case he's gone, i suggest you just click on your Safari settings. there is probably an option about ' private browsing' which you could change, or maybe there's a 'remember my passwords' option you need to tick
Sorry, she's a he! Sorry rocky!
Question Author
Cannot find anything about private browsing.
