Windows 7 problem with password.?

Now that I have windows 7 installed, I have to keep putting my password in when I log on or have not been on the comp for an hour or so. I don't need the security as I live alone. How can I get rid of...

BBC Iplayer

A friend of mine appeared on a BBC TV programme recently, I missed the programme at first but have found it on Iplayer so downloaded it and it has been saved in my documents and settings/my videos....
