Spoke to my girlfriend on the phone at midnight last night....she said that she had looked out of her bedroom window after hearing a rustling down by the bins....she saw the old lady from the flat...

strange voice

i heard a song on the radio the other day and the singer had a very strange and unusual voice. it was kinda high and sounded cracking and croaking. i know its not much to go on but any suggestions...
