sony mini disc recorder

i have a sony mz r909 mini disc recorder that wont recognise the line- in facility , it works for mic but wont change to the line in i.e. recording level from my cd player.does anyone know how to fix...

washing machine stoped on heat up water prog.

hi ,i've a indesit w93 washing machine that sticks on the heat water part of its wash cycle ,the water was getting pretty hot aprox 90--95 centigrade and the soap compartment nearly melted .anyany...
