Dingbats Quiz Back Again.

First picture looks like a board/piece of wood. Second could be cigarette ash/smoke - but may not be as hand drawn and not very well ! The answer is a UK location.

The answer is a location, presumably UK. The clue is a puddle, with splash drops around it and some sort of ring in the puddle. I'm thinking pool/ring/water but can't put anything together....
