anyone know a song called pistolero?? dance song

when i was in turkey on holiday i kept hearing a song that kept repeating the word "pistolero". the song was an upbeat dance song.. and had steel drums as a key instrument, i wonder...

the football factory 80s song in la coste scene

when it shows the flashback and one of the kids getrs his jumper nicked then he hits the kid with the wood the song in the background is a techno song sounds lyk 80s or 90s does anyone know what it is...
