Maternity Leave Query

I don't know what the law is, but I've worked for this company for 6 1/2 years and about to go on Maternity leave, I've been considering that it would be beneficial for me & baby for me to work...

Ive only just signed up as my family of which there are 100`s, are all on it and putting family photos etc and I wasnt able to see them, so they finally persuaded me. I dont know why I didnt do it...
