My top loader washing machine keeps on filling until it overfills. I reset the water level button but that doesn't work. I Water comes out of the bottom. If I manually turn it to spin, it works but...

During the spin cycly, my washing machine just started flooding the floor. Last week, the machine was spinning violently. Any connection and how do I fix it?
