artex removal

Does anyone know how to cover artex without having to plaster over it. Iv seen an advert on the tv for a covering made by Polycell. Has anyone tried it. Ta muchly

heating problems

I've got a radiator in our attic room which doesn't get hot, I've tried bleeding the system but no air or water comes out. Has anyone got any idea what i need to do to fix this problem?
