How long before I can walk on a screeded floor

I've had my kitchen screeded this morning, it was done at 7am, so I was wondering how long before I can walk on it & go into the kitchen to cook etc?

I've got a 5year old Citroen Saxo 1.1I Desire, the MOT is due but I will get a service as well, can anyone tell me what price I should expect to pay as I don't want to be ripped off at all & pay too...
