Surfing - Where are you sure to get waves?

Good Afternoon. Can anyone recommend me a destination for learning to surf please? Somewhere not too far away from the UK would be good. I suppose the most important thing is the guarantee of waves...

Hi, does anybody where I can get Mauritian cigarettes to buy in the UK, my next trip to Mauritius is at Christmas.. I am soo tired of going to the shops and nobody knows about Mauritius cigarettes.....
