is it law in the England and Wales that you should have a fresh Glass when purchasing Beer at the Bar?

I have read that in Scotland Beer should be served in a fresh glass every time. Makes sense to me with all that saliva being passed from glass to glass via the beer tap. Is the law the same in England...
