My niece is going to have a baby. what will the babys relationship be to me/ what is the difference betwee, say a nephew once removed and a 2nd nephew?

A weird mating position of dogs

I think a normal mating position for dogs, anatomically, is a male dog should mount on a femal dog's back. But I witnessed some dogs were mating in a strange position. They were joined together back...
