Advice on repotting a banana plant

I have a banana plant, that I keep indoors for most of the year as it is in a pot. Howerver, it is getting much too large for it's present pot and needs repotting, what type of soil/compost do I need...

Trapped nerve

Has anyone had one in their back? if so apart from tablets from the doctors and putting a hot water bottle on the site of pain can you give any good home treatments for this? ta..

adhd

my son is 12 years old has adhd .he has 2 and a half tablets a day .any 1 else on here has a child with adhd how do u deal with it .it can be very stressfull at times .just hope he grows out of it...
