un-shrink my new jumper

I have a lovely loose knit cream jumper - only worn it once - which was accidentally washed too hot, does anyone know how to un-shrink this, or loosen the wool again? I've heard you can use borax, but...

Does anyone know the name of the actor running down the mountain in the Vauxhall Astra sxi advert. Husband says it's Bradley Walsh, I say it isn't. Please help.
