section 3(1) and (7) of the public order act

could someone please explain what the (1) and (7) parts specifically mean. And what the maximum sentence for this offence is. Thanks.

In a uk criminal crown court trial, if you are unhappy with your representation mid-trial, is it permissable to sack your Barrister/ solicitor. And if so does this also apply to legal aid...
