Am on insulin, had a bad hypo last night and got this dreadful pain under left hand breast its a tad better but still feel crappyand pain still there, any clues... thanks debs

I have just read in the Times that an album featuring the song Strange and Beautiful is coming out on the 20th Sept but can't find it anywhere, Amazon or HMV, anyone know where I can get it - thanks!!
