Should I chase

I was telephoned on Tuesday lunchtime and was offered a position I applied for. I have yet to receive the offer in writing, is it good practise to chase these things up or should I just be patient....

Where can I get the usbprint.sys driver.

I have just purchased a new printer and upon installing the drivers I was informed that my system does not have the usbprint.sys file. Where can I get this without doing a system restore? Cheers
