When BT advertise that 0845 and 0870 nubers are now free, they end the advert with "within your inclusive call time" Anyone know what that means exactly? I'm on BT a landline and my calls are free...

apparently there a website so you can look up the 0845 and 0870 numbers and then get the correct number which doesn't cost anything extra to dial. Does anyone know what it is?
