hi my partner was convicted of an offence in august 2008 for a section 18,he served 27 months in prison & was let out on early release nov 2010,he was put on a licence till 2015 where he had to go...

my boyfriend in jail

my boyfriend has just been cleared from an alledged assault that took place july 19th 2011,he was found not guilty,can he sue for time hes spent on remand?

how long will it take the home office to release my partner as he was just found not guilty of an alledged assault but has still got to go back to prison as the allegation breached his licence...

does anyone know if my boyfriend is on remand in hmp altcourse,do i need a visiting order or can i just phone up and book a visit..thanks!

my boyfriend has been charged with a section 20 wounding he was on licence till 2015 over another charge a few years ago!

he came out of prison last november and was put on licence till 2015,in august he was arrested for an alledged assault..he got recalled back to prison and is due in court nov 30th,hes going not guilty...
