the consequencus of a section 47

my brother of 14 has just been charged with a section 47 but released on bail he already has two other counts of assult one to my self and one to a friends dad he is due to go into a resedential home...

harresment charges

how long can you get for harressment with threats to kill and the breaking of two court orders and obscene text messages ie with threats to rape etc
