gear problems on renault laguna

I am having problems when using 3rd and 4th gear, it sounds like there is a tinny rattle noise when i accelerate, all other gears are fine , any ideas please? Thanks

Timing belt

I run a 2000 W plate Diesel Vauxhall vectra, its done just over 72000 miles, how do i know when the timing belt need changing? Are there any signs?

Branigans Beer nuts

What ever happend to Branigans Beer Nuts, they used to be in a a small brown paper bag, roasted in the shells and covered in salt, i know they were made by Kp, i havent seen them in shops for over 10...
