Would Someone Be Able To Mod A Skyrim Save Xbox?

Well here's the thing i was playing skyrim on xbox roughly 15 mins ago and i loaded up my save but when i loaded the game i glitched under the floor so i reloaded and when i loaded the save it crashed...
