UK Baby bottle sterilizer in the USA ?

Hi, We're taking a load of baby stuff over to the US for a Nephew being born this month - my question is .. Is it worth taking the baby steriliser - would the electrics be ok ? . Worried that it won't...

Has anyone seen the water aid advert on the satellite channels at the moment - if so do you know what the background music is ?
