Milk spots

I get white spots (milk spots?) around my eyes that last for months. I was wondering what causes them and what I can do about them.

Stretchmarks

I have really bad stretchmarks due to gaining weight quickly. Is there any thing that will help them? (They are pretty faded now, but deep like scars)

I am triying to lose weight and am going to the gym and walking - I have a complete thing about my calf muscles which are huge, and I desperatly don't want them to get any bigger - any suggestions on...
