Dogs with allergies

Can dogs have allergies to other animals? My dog sneezes when she comes in contact with farretts.

Allergy to SPF

Any suggestions for someone allergic to, I assume, SPF. Any lotions, oils, chapsticks, etc. with any form of sunscreen in it makes my skin break out into a swollen, bumpy, itchy rash. I just developed...
