msn/skype/oovoo

My son has just moved to Oman and we wanted to keep in touch with either of the above however Skype and Oovoo wont load at all for him. MSN works intermitantly on voice calls, but not at all on Video...

I have hust sold my friend my creative zen touch , however I have updated the firmware to run with windows vista and she runs on xp - her pc does not recognize the zen how can I overcome this problem

windows vista - vista ulitmate

I had Windows vista on my laptop and have run vista ultimate to upgrade it took several hours to do and it updated all the files at the end of the process it said checking your computers performance...
