Avoriaz? How jolly. I've stayed in Les Gets several times, which is down at the bottom of the mountain from Avoriaz (as you probably knew). The skiing up at Avoriaz is great. There are soooo many cool mountain bars up in that area.

Actually, I don't think we can keep it up, either. However ...

Our last game of the season last season was against Middlesbrough. They had been top for several weeks, but missed out on promotion. At the game, we were singing ...

"You topped the league, and you ***d it up!"

If we don't get promoted, after being on top for so long, our last game this season is ... Middlesbrough, again.

I wonder if they will remember the taunting we gave them last season?

Boro blew it when they lost to Fulham before the Brighton game.Then the play off final performance with Norwich was very poor.

At the last game, before the play offs, they were still singing

"We're going up"

We had avoided relegation, so we started singing

"We're staying up"

Then, suggesting that they were being a bit optimistic about the play offs, we started singing

"Up with the Boro, were staying up with the Boro" (to the tune of Guantanamera, obviously)
