business plan problem

I am trying to bring together a business plan for an organic market garden .Most of the figures im trying to forecast are relatively easy,the one I cant manage is water usage.I am looking at a 5 acre plot in scotland with a couple of polytunnels .Does anyone Know where I could source this information as I really dont know where to look.Thanks

Could the water supply company help? Do polytunnel suppliers have the information?
Can't think of anything else yet, but I'll think. It annoys me I can't easily find the answer!
contact a local nursery of a similar size and ask them what their average water usage is.

Also you need to consider where you are going to get your water from. Mains, borehole, captured water from polytunnels, recycled etc. This will greatly influence the cost and amount you use.

It will be hard for you to be accurate because water usage is very weather dependant.

Thanks for your answers .I will try your suggestions .Its quite a difficult thing to get right as it does depend on the weather and the source of the water.I certainly appreciate your efforts,thanks again
