/// The email reportedly said: 'They talk to themselves and do not engage with the wider community. They are living in the UK not Pakistan. ///

/// 'Whilst being rightly proud of their Pakistani culture and heritage they need to explain better and engage more with their non-Pakistani brothers and sisters if they want their children to succeed as British Pakistani citizens.' ///

Who MADE him step down?
The person who leaked the email. He was representing the Queen at an event marking Pakistan Independence Day and should have had more sense that to put his opinions in emails that could be leaked.
He could have stayed on to fight his corner if he thought the comments were justified but no doubt BAZWILLRUN will be back on to tell us was responsible for MAKING him step down.
...tell us who etc...
You anglos dont get it

The queens rep was Indian and he was criticising Pakistani culture
He would be a Hindu and was mixing it with a Muslim community

1947 and all that - see the bit in Slumdog millionaire
there is a scene on partition ( Muslim/Hindu - India Pakistan violence/ ultra violence )
I imagine the fellow was invited to fall on his sword after a phone call
from the palace ....
"He could have stayed on to fight his corner if he thought the comments were justified but no doubt BAZWILLRUN will be back on to tell us was responsible for MAKING him step down. "

garbage and you know it....you really arent very smart or clever, not sure whose led you to believe that.

you know damn well, just like everybody else, why he stepped down...
"I imagine the fellow was invited to fall on his sword after a phone call
from the palace .... "

probaly correct...everywhere is infected with PC, the place isnt immune either
*palace
BAZWILLRUN I know why he stepped down but you are saying he was forced to step down by 'pc maniacs.'

As you're so smart and clever, in between your bouts of frothing at the mouth, would you be able to tell me who the 'pc maniacs' were who made him step down?
