Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I think at this rate, you will get every answer provided to you.
Your 45 is wrong. That means your 2 & 3 are wrong.

Bot is not a cake. You have to find a word for cake. The answer has to mean Gang. How does botch equal Gang?

I know you are trying to learn and so am I. But trying to take on the most difficult puzzles is the wrong way to learn.

Thanks! I have just seen your hints, but I had already got it out on my own. I have BUNCH,UROPOD, NATURA, and, like you, I am trying to figure out how to connect the cells!
I understand your point about taking on difficult puzzles, but I need the challenge now because I can safely say that I have mastered the more straightforward crosswords including the cryptic types! I do not wish to encroach upon your time and patience, but I appreciate your understanding of my desire to learn to crack the more difficult puzzles! Thanks again for your help and I will endeavor to connect the cells now!

I can appreciate anyone wanting to learn, Matakari. You did say though when asking for help on a Crossword Centre puzzle over six years ago that you felt you had got the hang of them now. You clearly haven’t and need a bit more time. Nothing wrong with that, but as you still do need so much help, couldn’t you consider solving them once the solution is published then you could get all the help you like without risking ruining the competition for the Trevor Crowther Cup?
