Any ideas what could be causing the problem as its getting a little tiresome?

Glad it's not just me. Didn't used to be like that.
Scorpy. It is the new handicap system introduced on the site,to enable slower thinkers/ typers a better chance in answering crossword clues. ;-)
I think mines been like that since the last update.

Good point about the update, Mamya..are you having the same problem on CS?

Yep, same problem With iPad , it could of been since last update but as Talbot says I feels like it's been like that for a while
Just done the update and am now having the same problem.
Morning! Will have it tested tomorrow and we can see what we can do! When you say update, do you mean you updated the OS, or the browser? I am also assuming this is on the main ab site, not the mobile version?

It was the OS update and using the desktop site.
Confirm. It is the update on the iPad that is guilty. Also caused reloads when reading Daily Mail on line....some update. Shame you can't undo it.
I have the same problem too with iPad it's a royal pain in the backside
Just to put those in the cheap seats at ease it doesn't happen on a Hudl!
