Are potatoes bad for dogs? ( not a plateful - just a nibble)

If we have any left over after dinner it always goes to the dog bowls, they seem to thrive on it.

As long as they are cooked. a nibble of a raw one wont do any harm, just not a great idea!
if they like them they will eat them if they don't like them then they won't eat them. Like you I dont feed Maxie with potatoes at all but maybe a little nibble - he sometimes likes that.

Dogs are omnivores they can eat most things, while cats are carnivores and must have meat.
Well, I prefer my dog in a bun with plenty of fried onions: but I guess a few potatoes would be ok, thanks.
