Windows 8.1 Pro Activation Issue...

I would like to do a clean install of Windows 8.1 Pro, although the Enter Activation Key section does not show.. The computer installs Windows 8.1 & uses the built in Activation Key. I tried entering the Key in Get more features with a new edition of Windows but it states the Key will not work.
