what do you do when you crook your neck (or is it crick?). You know, turn your head too quickly and get a jarring pain in your neck?

Make sure that you keep the side of your neck that you have just jarred warm. Nine times out of ten the cause is that you have caught a nerve between the muscles in your neck, sometimes when you trap it, it's quite painfull and can last quite a long time. Keeping it warm helps to relax the muscles thus freeing the trapped nerve or easing the stiffness from your crooked neck.

Sorry, i didn't necessarily mean what do you do to relieve the discomfort, i meant what physically do you do to cause this particular sensation?
