I did wonder whether to put it in Law jno but decided against it, perhaps unwisely. I don't like to put my posts up twice so unless Ed wants to move it which would be good, I think I'll leave it where it is. But if I see any law bods about I might point them this way:-)

Baz thank you. I've just had a quick look at your link and it seems to refer just to a current sentence not linked to a previous crime.
