After a programme last night the discussion has turned to fruit juice. When I went to the doctors she advised me NOT to buy concentrate but now, according to this programme this advice has changed and it appears there is no difference.
Is that correct?

I never understood what the issue was with concentrate- because surely it was pure fruit plus water- so I wasn't surprised by last night's programme. I don't know how rigourous the research was though

I presumed (because I was there with a digestive problem) That N/C had a higher fibre content
What programme was that ?

I buy less fruit juice these days, suspecting it has something to do with my teeth erosion of latter years. But not liking my food/drink messed about with, I'd prefer they didn't take water out, ship it, and then add it back in.
