Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Just the thing for Burns Night?
Early maturing rodent, one spreading endless disease (9)
I know there is an E at position 5, otherwise the only letters I am sure of are R and A - there may also be a P, a T and another E. The layout of the puzzle - an extension of Azed's eightsome reels - I can't be sure where the beginning or end of the word is, so I don't know where the letters fit.
Any suggestions will be gratefully received - the rodent is presumably a rat, but I can't think what the disease might be . . .

Thanks for the suggestion, but it has to have an E at position 5 - and I can't parse 'rheumatism' as the solution. I suspect the answer is a word that means 'early maturing' but I can't think of one other than 'precocious', and that doesn't fit anyway!
