If I have deciphered your question correctly, you're looking for the music on the BBC1 "Festival" ident. It was specially written for the BBC by Peter Lawler (formerly with the band Stiltskin. Remember "Inside"? No, me neither, even though it was on a huge Levi's advertising campaign and went to number one. But I digress...) It's sampled on a record called "Forever And A Day" by State One, so if you you want a long version of the tune, look for that.
