So annoyed. Sky by Broadband installation, Please Help!

Hey,
can you please help me, i've downloaded SKY by Broadband and tried installing it, but after the icons are installed and it appears to have worked i get the message: 'Error 1722. There is a problem with the windows installer package. A program run as part as of the setup did not finish as expected' then it asks me to contact support but i thought i'd try here for support 1st. I was recomended to install the latest .net framework, did so, but the problem still happens.
Any ideas or if you can help PLEASE post back.
