Have to admit defeat and decided not to watch it any more, it is so slow, and can't hear what they are saying half the time, plus jumping from present to past, drives me mad

Didn't realise there already was a thread on this, glad I'm not the only confused one
Yeah, I totally again with you Mags. It's too slow and drawn out.
The jumping back and forth is unnecessary.
8 episodes is dragging out to find out that he never finds him anyway - boring.

I'm thouroughly enjoying The Missing so far. I do find I have to concentrate on the storyline whereas I usually combine watching tv with reading a magazine or pottering about doing the housework.
really enjoying this....good to see some good drama being dished up for a change!
Shouldn't you have put a Spoiler notice before giving us the ending Fanriffic?
Nooooo! Not sure there is much point watching the rest if I know the ending now :(

I am finding it a bit slow going and tedious though and, albeit it cannot not evoke sympathy for the parents, neither of them are particularly likeable characters which is not promising if it is over so many episodes.
Is that true fanriffic?? Absolutely no point in watching it if it is. I wish I hadn't read that, hope you're guessing.
I hope it's not a spoiler, not without a warning anyway.

I remember someone putting a "spoiler" on a thread I posted a while back, for a series of books I was reading I think. I was none too impressed though ended up reading them anyway only to find out what they had said as a spoiler didn't even happen!?!?!
