Hello Cheese makers out there! Can you help a novice? I found a recipe for making Feta and it says to use 1 quarter tablet of renet dissolved in water. How many drops of liquid renet would that be? Thanks in advance.

Having a quick google If its normal strength rennet they say 1 Teaspoon to 1 Tablet.
