Gonna have 2 ask the obvious question - whats the cambridge diet?
my work colleage has done it and she lost nearly 4 st in a matter of months and put the lot back on in an even less amount of time this number will find you your nearest councillor Freephone: 0800 161412
A work mate of mine tried this almost 20 years ago (I am positive it was the Cambridge Diet) she ended up really poorly with bad headaches and extreme tiredness and also had lots of episodes of fainting. She lost quite a lot of weight and like mrstrunchbul pointed out, she too put the weight back on really quickly when she was advised by her GP to come off the diet

Don't do It, as with all diets it will make you fat.

Leave it well alone! It is expensive, not good for you and ultimately will make you put on weight, as Loosehead said. I tried it once and did lose loads of weight but it all came back very, very quickly and I was even heavier. It's a con!!

Eat properly, slightly smaller portions, cut back on fa, lots of veg and fruitt and be careful with carbohydrates. Don't eat if you are not hungry and stop eating when you feel satisfied instead of clearing your plate. Drink loads of cold water and take some exercise, if only walking! The weight will come off slowly but surely, you will feel fit and you will be more likely to keep with your new plan for life.

Allow yourself a little treat occasionally too.

Take care and good luck.
