I have had a couple of issues with the managers of Mic's care. Most girls are very good, some are useless.
About 5 weeks ago one of the girls posted a letter for me. Today when the bill came in they have charged £5 for what I thought was a good deed on her part. I have tried to ring to complain but as yet no joy in contacting the person I need to speak to. They have NO chance of getting an extra £5 out of me. I will move agencies if that's what it takes. Robbing gits.

I would seriously look at advertising for some private help Jeza. Might be ideal for a semi or retired nurse or ex carer. In my opinion the young lady that said she would post the letter should have told you when you asked that the company would charge for her time,that would have least given you the option as to whether or not you wanted to pay £5 for someone to drop a letter in a box they would be passing anyway
