...in the Middle East.
In time will the powers that be come to see that they have made a mistake in these deployments?

So, in your opinion it's more preferable to kill people in the Middle East, rather than save peoples lives in Sierra Leone?

Ebola is a serious threat and needs eradicating at source rather than waiting for it to get here. It will get here it's already managed to get to Spain.

I don't necessarily agree with British boots on the ground in the Middle East. I think the other Middle Eastern countries should put boots on the ground first and sort out their own local problems.
If this Ebola outbreak isn't contained within the next 6 months, then there will be no threats from the middle East.............there will be no Middle East.
people in power make me sick !!

So that'll be 750 of our Troops out there, what, I wonder are the odds of a few of them bringing it back to the UK when they come home?
The Royal London, Whipps Cross and Newham hospitals have posted notices instructing patients to notify casualty staff immediately if they have recently returned from the four West African nations at the centre of the outbreak, and have a fever or high temperature.

Ideally we should confront both problems. Sadly the political will is only there to tackle one at the moment.

Sqad, there must be some who are thinking that if an effective cordon sanitaire could be place around all of the Middle East Ebola might be a blessing in disguise.
sandy...LOL
How about killing two birds with one stone. Drop Ebola for IS to share.
so you could jump on a plane from Sierra Leone and fly to the UK totally unchecked?
"so you could jump on a plane from Sierra Leone and fly to the UK totally unchecked"? No, because flights to Sierra Leone are suspended until at least March 2015
Baldric, I was wondering the same thing myself when I saw it on the news last night.
