Hi, when i use my Nokia 630 if i phone somewhere and i have to press a number button menu,it does not recognize the number that i have pressed

What always no matter what you phone or from where ? Can you hear the beep from the line on a keypress ? ie not some sound your handset makes. It seems like your DTMF isn't being detected.
