Not sure how it happened but our kitchen tap has become like a watering can hose spraying out all over the place.

Seems their is a small part missing from "up the spout" that regulated the flow.

My question is...if you have followed me so far, is..are those little parts replaceable, what are they called and where would I buy one, please.

that depends on what the tap is. Some have replaceable parts and some don't (bitter experience)

Your a little gem tonyav. That looks exactly what we need to buy. Just got to measure it now. Thank you very much.

My other half isn't fully up to speed these days doing the little jobs around the place. Old age catching him up>>>>>
Or even called a diffuser.
I'm sure he'll sort it for you, cupotee.

Oh dear woofgang. I hope I have the right info but its not too costly at this stage if I buy the wrong part from tonyav's link/

tonyav it's quite sad seeing a man who was so competent, looking at a job and not sure whats wrong.

He's good at washing up and vacuuming...its not all bad, bless him.
cupotee, was there something ( aerator ) screwed on the end of the tap spout and it's know missing or was it something that was actually inside the tap spout ?.
cupotee at least he knows that there is something wrong, he just has to put his finger on the cause.
Cuppa, if i were you I'd get a man in, rather than try to do it myself :-)

tonyav I think something has come out of the spout. I have put my finger up the bathroom sink tap to compare.

Thank you for caring boxtops, we will get someone in. I was trying to access whether we needed a whole new tap.
