I received my kit this week but haven't yet started to collect my samples.
As it's awkward, pooing onto your hand, would it still be a true sample if you were to take a smear from the toilet paper instead?

isn't it horrible, waiting for return envelopes?
I never think about it once posted. I only worry about things that have happened and not what might happen!

Waste of time Tilly. It's always the things you are not expecting that go wrong.

......and me!
Ive done the poo test once but that was two years ago. Do they check every so often? Bit worried because my Brother was diagnosed with bowel cancer after doing that poo test four years ago, and my next youngest sister has also had bowel cancer. I'm a real wuss, only me and my youngest sister seem to have been ok up to now.
Yes,every couple of years ,I think, could be once a year...I have done it twice before this time.

My first was when I was sixty. My second, when I was sixty two.
Should be every two years, AYG, according to the National Screening programme guidelines.
Good news: Once again I've got the all-clear from Bowel Cancer Screening Programme...phew, I'll sleep tonight!
