The guy's response to the Sun as to whether he was actually gay is quite revealing - 'I had a right'.

Why couldn't he admit it? He has made any doubters less doubtful with that response.

On a serious note - he is effectively crying rape.

Every time someone plays the system like this, gay people who are genuinely in fear for their lives are then treated with suspicion.

Sp - each case on it's merits. This case had no merit whatsoever. He has done the whole legal system no justice!
